Steve has been in the mortgage business for 10+ years. Steve has always liked working with people so it is very rewarding for him to be able be in a business that allows me to put others in a better financial position via refinance to get a lower rate, pay off debt or buy a home. Outside of work Steve enjoys spending time with my 5 year old daughter, taking his Great Dane, Lulu on walks and attending University of Utah football and basketball games. If I could be anywhere it would most likely be on a warm beach in Mexico with a cold drink in hand. I try to treat my clients the same way I like to be treated and will be available for them whenever they need me. Steve does not take for granted the fact that your mortgage loan is most likely the biggest financial investment of your life!

Sam is a bilingual loan officer that has a passion for helping his clients achieve the American dream of owning their own home. He works diligently to make sure that dream is both attained and retained. Sam believes that the process of attaining a mortgage is much more than a transaction, it’s about building long lasting relationships with his clients.

Although Mohamed was born in Egypt, he likes to think of himself as a native Utah’n. Mohamed has resided in Sandy, Utah since he moved to the US at the age of 3.

With more than 5 years of experience as a licensed mortgage specialist, Mohamed understands the process of obtaining a mortgage has many moving parts. He provides his borrowers with a great understanding of the always changing market and effectively communicates to his clients for the duration of the loan process to assure the utmost professionalism.

Mohamed’s greatest joy in life is his beautiful wife Mary and his two children Nora (4) and Cairo (2).

He genuinely loves what he does and is proud to call Stratify his employer.

Erik considers himself to be a client-driven mortgage expert who navigates the lending processes in a way that maximizes your savings. He specializes in mortgage refinancing and educating clients throughout the refinance process. You can expect 100% transparency with excellent communication. Erik has worked with reputable agencies such as SelectHealth, Utah Division of Medicaid and Health Financing among others. Erik is a proud Father of two beautiful daughters and a devoted husband to Michelle. When he’s not busy working, you are sure to find him visiting national parks across the country.

Joe Manzo is a film fanatic from Littlerock, California. He grew up watching movies, and music videos being filmed at the “Four Aces,” a professional film set movie location in his hometown. He left his small town after college, to pursue a career in the mortgage industry. This led him to work for PennyMac Loan Services in Ventura County. After a few years of working at PennyMac, he proposed to his fiancé, Stephanie. Together, they decided to make the move to Salt Lake City to start a new life, and a family of their own.

Joe now currently works here at Stratify Lending as a Mortgage Loan Officer. He enjoys getting to work with borrowers whether they are looking to refinance, or purchasing their first home. He wants to ensure that every borrower get the best mortgage solution for their long-term financial goals.

With 15 years’ experience in management, Patrick has accumulated a diverse skill set as a loan originator, branch manager and broker owner. Adding in his experience in secondary markets he is uniquely talented at maximizing client opportunities and capturing savings.

Patrick is passionate about life and dramatically engages with everything that enters his sphere of influence. No where is that more evident than being a father to his 7-year old son. Fueled by the power of belief, Patrick is convinced that real estate can make dreams come true. He is eager to work with you and help make your home ownership dreams a reality.

We are thrilled to have Tanner working with us as our Initial Doc Prep and Loan Coordinator Manager. Tanner has been in the mortgage industry for over six years and along the way has helped make the loan process easier for thousands of Homeowners. He has a knack for explaining things in an easy to understand way and making Homeowners feel comfortable from the beginning to closing. He does it all with a great attitude and his co-workers love working with him.

When not at work, some of Tanner’s hobbies include playing golf, snowboarding, and spending time with family and friends.

Madison is a Loan Officer Assistant here at Stratify Lending, where she provides support to both loan originators and clients for an effortless mortgage loan process. Madison has worked with Zions Bank and Wells Fargo, bringing several years of customer service and financial/loan experience to the Stratify Lending team. You can expect compassion and honesty when working with Madison. When she is not working, Madison loves to spend time at home with her dog while either reading, creating art, or watching Star Wars!

Wendy has been in business management for over 20 years. Her goal for Stratify Lending is to be simply, the very best at what we do.

Wendy holds a BS degree in Mass Communications from the University of Utah.
In her free time, Wendy enjoys traveling, especially somewhere near a beach, cycling and spending time with family.

Ty has been employed in the mortgage industry for over 25 years. In this period he has worked both as a mortgage loan originator, and has built and managed teams of some of the highest producing loan officers in the country. He is extremely well-versed in all aspects of both the mortgage and financial industry. His in-depth knowledge of mortgage products and industry guidelines has made him a leader in the industry. He is well-respected by both his peers and his customer base.

Customer Service is at the forefront of every transaction that Ty touches. He understands that every customer has individual needs, and financial goals. He is constantly researching market trends and analyzing different financial options to offer our consumers. He wants everyone to have the best experience while receiving the best mortgage possible. In addition to assisting customers, Ty loves sports, especially Utah football, Spending time with family and the dog park with his canine companion Drago.
